2. Product Specifications

All product specifications, including breaking loads, diameters, and materials, are provided as reference values. Actual performance may vary based on usage conditions. We recommend consulting with our technical team for specific application requirements.

• Standard products comply with ISO 9001 quality standards
• Custom orders require written confirmation of specifications
• Certifications (BV, DNV, LR, etc.) available upon request

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms will be agreed upon during the quotation process.

• Minimum order quantities may apply for custom specifications
• Lead times vary based on order volume and customization requirements
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. Quality Assurance

We conduct 100% factory inspection and provide complete documentation including Certificates of Conformity (COC) and test reports for all products.

5. Warranty and Returns

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. Warranty terms are specified in individual sales contracts.

• Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery
• Returns require prior authorization and original packaging
• Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable unless defective

6. Liability Limitations

Boyuan Rope shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Users are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application and comply with local regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, technical documentation, and proprietary manufacturing processes remain the intellectual property of Boyuan Rope.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Linyi City, Shandong Province.
